Records of grades, attendance, locker assignment, fees/fines, schedules and more can be found at SPAN (Student/Parent Access Network). SPAN will also be used to sign up for classes when the time comes.
Students recieve their initial accounts from their AC. Account problems are handled in 2202 before or after school, or during lunch.
Parents must not use student accounts. In order to gain access to SPAN, they must complete either of two forms.
The Notary Form must be filled out and notarized. The form can be mailed to the school to the attention of Ms. Carolyn Debnam or dropped off at the school's Front Desk.
The Hand-Delivered Form must be completed and then presented in person to a school counselor or administrator along with a valid driver's license. The mailing address on the form and on the ID must match.
Once the information on the form has been verified and approved, you will receive an email giving you instructions on how to log onto SPAN. A parent with multiple students at SRMHS must submit one form per student.
After logged on into SPAN for the first time, you will be required to change your password. Your new password needs to be at least 8 characters long and contain letters and numbers.
