This nationally-recognized Project Lead The Way pre-engineering course introduces students to the field of engineering design. Students will study and use basic design principles as they explore the field of engineering. They will learn problem-solving skills using a design development process. Models of product solutions are created, analyzed and communicated using solid modeling computer design software. Opportunities for project-based work and experiences with engineering teams is included. It is recommended that students have passed Algebra 1.
