Transfers are defined as:
A student who has moved to another school (W 1)
Level changes made after the first two weeks of school
Schedule changes with no penalty as determined by an appropriate administrator
Grades:
Grades are maintained throughout the year on transferred students
Letter grades accompanying a T must be posted for the quarter term in which the transfer takes place
and also in the corresponding final mark.
A course that is a year in length requires a transfer grade in the appropriate quarter term and also in the final mark of the term
Transfer credit information
Withdrawals are defined as:
Dropouts (W 2)
Schedule changes after the initial waiver period unless otherwise instructed by an appropriate administrator
Grades:
Withdrawal grades are maintained permanently
A letter grade/numerical grade must accompany a W for the quarter term mark. The final mark must have a P or F accompany the W.
A course, which is a term in length, requires a withdrawal grade in the appropriate quarter term and also in the final mark of the term.
