- Tuesday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
The Media Center provides resources and services that encourage student use. Resources include over 20,000 books as well as magazines, daily newspapers and online subscription database reference sources. These subscription resources are available only from within the building, but the media specialists may provide home access information upon request.
Student use of Media Center
- All WCPSS and SRMHS rules are in effect.
- Students not coming with a scheduled class must have a planner signed by a teacher indicating time and purpose of visit. (Replacement planners may be purchased daily in the Media Center for $5.00.*)
- Students sign in/out on clipboard when entering/leaving.
- A copy machine is available for student use at $.10 per copy. Copyright laws apply.
Circulation
- Students must have ID card to check out library materials and are responsible for the materials checked out to them.
- Checkout is for one week. Renewal for one additional week is available if the materials are bought in to renew. Overdue fines are $.20 per item per day.*
- Selected reference and reserve books may be checked out by 3:00pm on Mondays and Fridays and by 5:00pm on Tuesday - Thursday. They must be returned before 7:30am the following morning. Overdue fines are $1.00 per hour for each reference book returned late.*

- get graduation tickets
Laptops may be checked out (based on availability) with proper authorization and $25 insurance payment.
